Booking

When booking your appointment, please book for ONE individual for each appointment. This helps us create a long enough appointment for every individual to give you the best experience possible.

Cancellation, Reschedules & No-Shows

We allow reschedules and cancellations up to 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Your card will be held during booking and not charged, cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 20 dollar fee if within the 24 hour time period of appointment. 

Lost Chains

We kindly remind customers that we are not responsible for lost chains after purchase. As a small business, we strive to provide exceptional service; however the replacement of lost jewelry - especially permanent jewelry - is not a standard offering in the industry or jewelry industry in general.

We encourage our customers to double-check the fit and security of the chain during the appointment as well. All pieces are carefully inspected after the welding.

All Sales Final

Once we have cut the chain for your permanent jewelry piece all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. By signing our waiver you acknowledge the above information.
