When booking your appointment, please book for ONE individual for each appointment. This helps us create a long enough appointment for every individual to give you the best experience possible and without making anyone feel rushed.

A $25 deposit is required to book your appointment. This will go toward your total on the day of your visit.

-Deposits are non-refundable

-If you cancel within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited

-You may reschedule up to 2 times using the same deposit if done before the 48 hours cancellation window. After that, a new deposit is required.

Decide you don't want to go through with permanent jewelry at the appointment? Your deposit can be used to purchase a piece of jewelry at our suite instead.

To respect our time and ensure availability for all clients, we ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance.
 

Cancellations made in 48 hours or less before your appointment will forfeit your $25 deposit. Deposits are held up to TWO times for rescheduling if made prior to cancelation window, after two times your deposit will be forfeited.

No-Shows with forfeit their deposit immediately and you will be required to book your deposit again for a new appointment.

We kindly remind customers that we are not responsible for lost chains after purchase. As a small business, we strive to provide exceptional service; however the replacement of lost jewelry - especially permanent jewelry - is not a standard offering in the industry or jewelry industry in general.

We encourage our customers to double-check the fit and security of the chain during the appointment as well. All pieces are carefully inspected after the welding.

We offer rewelds for our own jewelry at NO COST to you. If you are looking to book a re-weld appointment, please reach out to us directly to get that booked as there is no longer a service option available via square booking. We will work with you to set up a date and time.

We also offer "foreign" re-welds, for permanent jewelry that was done by someone else, for a small fee for $20. Please reach out to us to coordinate a re-weld if you're looking to book an appointment.

Once we have cut the chain for your permanent jewelry piece all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. By signing our waiver you acknowledge the above information.
